This gorgeous modern Hither Hills home is a quick walk to Hither Hills private beach and comes with a parking pass. If you are looking for a home that is immaculately clean and actually looks like the photos in person- look no further!
House features beautiful high end modern finishes and heated saltwater gunite infinity pool & deck overlooking a wonderful ocean view, giving you the perfect Montauk experience. Enjoy a large chefs kitchen and plenty of sleeping space with 4 bedrooms/3 bath (two are ensuite). This is an ideal home for a relaxing beach getaway.
While we live nearby in the neighborhood, we have our property managed and our management company is always available by phone whenever an issue arises. Looking for renters that will respect the quiet neighborhood of Hither Hills
All guests are personally checked in by property manager and contacted a few days before their stay to set a definite time to be checked in between 4-7pm. Please be on time for your check in appointment.
Please check out on time. Half a days rent is charged for late check out.
Additional $50/night fee for service animals and any other animal that are given prior approval by landlord to booking.
Guests are not permitted to turn away any outdoor service provider to the property I.e. pool cleanings, landscapers, etc. these servicers are there to maintain and keep up the property and guests must allow them to service the property upon their arrival.
